On the right side of the planogram listing are a series of icons to perform different operations.

Note the icons visible here are dependent on the settings for your user profile so you may not have all these icons showing. The Notifications icon will only show if configured for your user profile and if a notification is available.
Clicking View Product List will display a list of products in the planogram.

Interactive Image will display an image of the planogram.

Force regeneration of images: click this if product image files have been added or changed and are not yet showing in the interactive image due to the background job to process the image files not yet running.
Print current view to template: tick this box so that when the PDF is printed, it uses the PDF template assigned to this planogram but with the image as configured on screen.
Hovering over a product pin will display more information about the product. Clicking on the product pin will zoom into the product.

The View tab on the toolbar gives options for the view displayed and allows items added and changed from the previous planogram to be highlighted.

The right side panel gives the option to Search for a particular product.

The Highlight tab in right side panel has options for highlighting products in the planogram image based on various metrics.

Profiles to highlight by can be defined in the settings so they are available to all users - see the Colour Profiles section for how to do this. To use a pre-defined Colour Profile and Mapping, select from the drop downs and click Highlight.

Alternatively, the user can create their own custom mapping under the Custom Colour Profile. Select Custom from the Colour Profile drop down and click in the definition panel to add a new mapping.

Enter a Name for the mapping and select the required database Table and Field on which to base the highlighting. Define the values and colours to be used. Once complete, click Save.
To generate a PDF of the planogram, click the Generate PDF button. The template used for the PDF output is customisable in the settings – see the section Export Templates for more information.
To edit the Implementation Status for a single planogram, click the Edit Implementation Status button.
A pop-up window will appear allowing you to change the implementation status.

Additional implementation statuses can be defined in the settings. See the the section Settings > System Level Settings > Planograms > Implementation Statuses for more information.
To change the Implementation Status of multiple planograms at once or generate PDFs for multiple planograms simultaneously, select them from the list by clicking the check boxes and click the Update Status or Generate PDF button at the lower right of the screen.

If the Separate button is red, a separate PDF will be created for each planogram selected when the Generate PDF button is clicked; otherwise, all the planograms will be consolidated into one PDF. Click the Separate button to toggle this functionality.
To view and assign attributes to the planogram, click the Planogram Attributes button.

Note attributes assigned using the Planogram Attributes button will apply to the planogram regardless of which store it is released to.
To assign and view attributes for the store/planogram relationship, click the Store Planogram Attributes button.

Clicking the New Query button will enable you to create and send a query about the planogram.

If a store is selected or you do not have a store selected and are viewing the non-distinct planogram list, the query type will be store planogram. If you do not have a store selected and are viewing the distinct planogram list, the query type will be planogram.

In addition, when in one of these planogram views, the left side panel offers a range of options.

The Comparison option will display a Comparison Report, showing shelf and product Additions, Deletions, and Changes compared to the previous version of the planogram as well as any items in the Shopping Cart.

The Compare Planogram button is only available if this has been configured in the settings. This allows the user to choose which planogram to compare to. By default (and if this button is not available), the planogram is compared to the previous planogram in the chain for this category.
The Queries option displays a list of queries which have been raised against this planogram.
