This screen shows all dashboards which have been configured. Initially, there is only the Default Dashboard but as dashboards are created, they will be added to this list.
To create a new dashboard, click Add Dashboard.

In the General Settings panel, enter a name for the dashboard and select whether this is a dashboard for a Single Store (the dashboard shown when a store is selected) or Multiple Stores (the dashboard shown for users assigned to multiple stores when no store is selected). Multiple Stores dashboards will have fewer features to choose from for inclusion as some features are store specific so require a store to be selected before they can be displayed.
Use the Grid panel to define how many rows the dashboard should have and how many columns should be in each of these rows. If the configuration is changed, click Update to reflect this in the Content section on the right.

Now Features and Design elements can be dragged and dropped to the appropriate position in the Content section.

For each Feature or Design element, additional configuration options are available in the right hand panel. Click the icon to display the additional options for a particular Feature or Design element.

Multiple instances of the same Feature or Design element can be used if more than one option is required. For example, for the Attributes feature, there are view options of Store and Store Planogram. If both are required on the Dashboard, the Attributes feature can be added twice with a different option selected for each.

The News Feed feature lists notifications which have been generated by the Automations system – see the Retail Viewer M Query Tracker, Notifications and Automations User Guide for more details.
The Statistics feature includes options to display statistics on Messages, Planogram Implementation, Planogram Audit and In Store Tracker (these are the items which were displayed on the Dashboard prior to RVM version 21.2).
For the Images design element, images can be uploaded to Retail Viewer M for use in the dashboard. See Dashboard Images in this guide.
The Place Holder design element allows the Text and Image design elements to be arranged together in an additional panel which displays below the Content section.

To view a preview of the dashboard, click the Preview… button. This will open in a new browser tab.
