To view the space planogram link, click on the          icon to activate the Select Tool. Click on a space and open the properties panel by clicking on the Side Panel button on the right of the navbar.

When a space is selected, the right side properties panel displays details of the assigned planogram.

To view the planogram linked to the space, click the Open Planogram… button.

Click the back button  on the nav bar to return to the layout.

To highlight planogram assignments, navigate to the Validate tab on the right-hand Side Bar and use the Highlight feature to view spaces with or without planogram assignments or highlight planogram and space length mismatches.

Space Instance Order

If the same space has been placed twice, the Space Instance Order button in the Space Location page on the Space Properties pane can be used to determine if the spaces should be grouped or not and, if grouped, the order to split the planogram. By default, the spaces are grouped. This is denoted by numbers after the space name.

To change the order of the spaces, click and drag to the desired position and click Update.

To ungroup the spaces, drag them to the Ungrouped box or use the -All button to move all the spaces to Ungrouped. Click Update.

To group spaces, click Add and drag the spaces to the required group. Use the +All to move all ungrouped spaces to the same group. Click Update.

More information on planogram assignment

The planogram assigned to the space will be the planogram which is released to the store. If the space placed is of a different length to the planogram released to the store, this planogram will still be assigned to the space. Reporting is available to identify such mismatches which can then be resolved either by changing the space length to match the planogram length or by requesting a new planogram be released to the store to match the space length. Once released, the new planogram will automatically link to the space.

If more than one planogram has been released to the store for the category relating to the space, the planogram assigned to the space will be the one which most closely matches the space length.

If more than one planogram has been released to the store for the category relating to the space and all these planograms need to be implemented in store, grouping of spaces should be used. Place spaces of the required lengths for each planogram then use Space Instance Order to put each space in a different group so the correct planogram is assigned to each space.
