Notifications are generated from the Automations system as described in the previous section. This section gives some additional information on configuring and managing notifications.
When a notification is triggered by an automation, the Notifications icon on the nav bar will display a red number to indicate there is a new notification. Click on the Notifications icon to view a list of notifications.

To mark a notification as read, click the .png) icon which will remove the notification from the list.
Notifications will also appear in the News Feed on the Dashboard if this has been included in your Dashboard configuration.

Notifications can be delivered by highlighting the item in the relevant list. This highlight is in the list within the relevant module and on the Dashboard if that element is included on your Dashboard.

The format of the highlight is configured in the Settings at user profile level under Store Feature Settings > Store View Defaults, Planogram Feature Settings > Planogram General options and Layout Feature Settings > General.
