Utilities allows multiple users to be deleted simultaneously and allows users to be moved between profiles. This option is available to users who have Super or Standard permissions to the Administration module.
Utilities is accessed from the left side panel in the Manage profiles and users screen.

Select the users or user profiles and either select a User Profile from the drop down and click Move Selected Users… to move them to the selected profile or click Delete Selected Users… to delete all selected users simultaneously.
