When created, users are assigned to all stores. To assign a user to a particular store or stores, click on the .png) icon next to the user name. This will display the available stores.

In Individual mode, stores can be viewed as a list or through the hierarchy by clicking on the appropriate tab. Tick the box(es) against the store(s) to which the user should be assigned.
In Dynamic mode, the user can be assigned to nodes of the store hierarchy. Any new stores added under these nodes will automatically be assigned to the user. Tick the required nodes.
Click Save once complete.
Note that if no boxes are ticked, the user will have access to all stores.
