To create a new user, open the left side panel by clicking on the icon on the navbar and select ‘New User’.

Select the required User Profile from the drop down menu and then complete the user details. Ensure the password entered meets the Password Criteria.
If the SSO User box is checked the user will be authenticated when accessing the site through their configured SSO authentication provider instead of through the RVM login system.
Click Save.
If additional organisations have been set up (see the Organisations section in this guide), an Organisations tab now appears, allowing the user to be assigned to the required user profile for each organisation to which they require access.

Click Save again to complete the user creation.
