Retail Viewer M facilitates the creation of different organisations, allowing users to assign different data to each organisation and thereby restricting which data individual users have access to. For example, a retailer operating in multiple countries could create an organisation for each country meaning users would only see the data relevant for their particular country. Or different organisations could be set up for different suppliers meaning each supplier would only see information relevant to them.
Only users who have Super permissions to the Administration module can access the Organisations functionality. This permission level is only available to the default Administrator or Super Administrator profile created when Retail Viewer M is first installed.
To access organisations management, click on the user name in the nav bar and select Organisations.

Now click Manage.

This opens the Super Administration screen. From here, Organisations, Users and Security can be managed.
