Once templates have been defined, use rulesets to assign particular templates to different scenarios. For example, different templates could be assigned to different categories or to different stores.
To create a ruleset, click Export Rulesets on the Planogram Settings screen.

This will display a list of any existing rulesets.

To define a new ruleset, click Add Ruleset. The ruleset definition screen is displayed.

Enter a name for the ruleset and select the template(s) to be used if the planogram selected satisfies the criteria of this ruleset. Note multiple templates can be selected. When generating the PDF, the user will be given a choice of which template to use.

To set the criteria for the ruleset, drag a Rule Type to the Selected Rule Types box and then select the options required.

The Rule Types are as follows:
•Categories: Allows categories to be selected from the planogram hierarchy. Multiple selections from any node of the hierarchy are possible. Selection is dynamic so if new nodes are added to the hierarchy under a node which is selected, the new node will automatically be included in the ruleset.
•User Profiles: Allows one or more user profiles to be selected.
•POG Status: Allows the planogram status to be selected. Only one status can be selected.
•Published To Stores: Allows criteria around planogram release date to be set (active now, live date within a certain number of days, live date on / before / after or between) or stores to be selected. Using the Selected Items condition type allows one or more individual stores to be selected; using the Selected Groups condition type allows one or more nodes of the store hierarchy to be selected. If new stores are added under these nodes, they will automatically be included in the ruleset.
Multiple rule types can be included within a single ruleset. Multiple instances of the Published To Stores rule type can be included so that both store and release date criteria can be set.
