Assigning Dashboards to User Profiles

Once dashboards have been configured, they can be assigned at a user profile level. This enables different user profiles to have different dashboard views meaning users only see information that is relevant.

To assign a dashboard, go to Manage Users in Settings.

Click the icon to edit a user profile and scroll to the Options section at the bottom of the screen.

Select the required dashboards from the drop downs for Single Store Dashboard and Multi Store Dashboard.

Note it is possible to choose Not Selected for the Multi Store Dashboard in which case the user will need to select a store before being able to view the dashboard.
