Permissions available for Layouts are:
•Administrator: has access to manage user profile level settings for Layouts (must also have Viewer permissions to the Administration feature). Has access to all elements of the Layouts module within the main application
•Editor: has access to all elements of the Layouts module within the main application. No access to Layout settings
•Disabled: does not have access to the Layouts module
•Sales Designer: can view layouts in a read only mode and has access to the Annotations tab and Entity Analysis. Can create system level colour profiles in Entity Analysis. Can import data into Entity Analysis. No access to Layout settings
•Sales Viewer: can view layouts in a read only mode and has access to the Annotations tab and Entity Analysis. No access to Layout settings
•Super: has access to all Layout settings and all elements of the Layouts module in the main application
•Viewer: can view layouts in a read only mode and has access to the Annotations tab. No access to Layout settings
