Here you can define whether the report is available in the Analysis feature within Layouts, whether External Fields (those fields which have been mapped from the Planogram database through Database Mapping) are available to select in the report fields list and whether attributes are available to select in the report fields list.
You can also schedule the report to run on an overnight job. If this option is selected, a table name must be specified where the report data will be output to when the job is run. The report will then pull the data from this table when loaded rather than generating the data on demand. This is recommended for reports which have large datasets as it will reduce the loading time for the report, although the data will be from the point when the overnight job is run (an option is available within the reports module to refresh the data if required).
If client specific report stored procedures have been created in the Floor Planning database, this interface can be used to make them available within Floor Planning. To do this, click Add Report.

Enter a name for the report. This will be the name which displays in the list of reports.
Select the required stored procedure from the drop down or type the name into the box below the drop down. The drop down populates with stored procedures prefixed with REPORTS_.
Tick Show In Layouts if the report should be available in the Analysis feature with Layouts.
These user defined reports can also be scheduled to run on an overnight job as described above.
Click Save once the settings have been defined.
User defined reports can be deleted using the icon.
