Compliance Rates

Six KPIs are used to measure how successfully planograms are implemented: On Shelf, Bay Number, Shelf Number, Position, Facings and Price.

The compliance rate is applied to the results of the audit for each KPI surveyed. The results are measured in percentages; i.e., the KPI was verified to be correct by the auditor on n% of the instances surveyed.

For each n% value there is a corresponding penalty/encouragement fee. The percentage ranges and penalty/encouragement fees are defined on Compliance Rates. Click and to add and remove rows. Enter the required % ranges in the From (%) and To (%) and the rate applicable.

Click/Tap Save to conclude.

The maximum value for all ranges is 100%. It is not possible to add more rows once the maximum percentage value is defined.
