This option allows for the setting of default values for the planogram product list (both in the user interface and on the PDF export template), the product information pop up / info panel on the planogram interactive image and labels shown on the products (both in the interactive image and on the PDF export template). Note different settings can be configured in the PDF export template if required.

To select a field for display, tick the appropriate box in the Show In List, Show In Info Panel and/or Show In Label columns. The product labels can be prefixed if required.
To change the order in which the columns are displayed in the product list, click on the number in the Order column and drag and drop the fields to the desired position.
It is also possible to specify a Display Name for the field (the default name being that specified in the Column column), define the order in which sorting is applied to the columns in the product list and specify the number of decimal places any numeric fields should display.
Tick Available for Colour Profile if users will need access to colour profiles (product highlighting) which use this field. This means users can access colour profiles using this field but do not also need to have it showing in the product list, info panel or label.
For barcodes, there is the option to display the numbers on the barcode.
If fields from tables in the Category Database have been selected for inclusion, these will also show in the list. See the section Database Mapping in this guide for further details on how to map extra fields.
