Planogram Column Selection

 

 

 

 

The Planogram Column Selection option allows for the customisation of the planogram grid.

The options include:

Basket Select Check Box: Basket feature allows for multiple planograms to be selected for combined PDF generation and implementation status updates.

Category Levels: The name of various hierarchy level categories the planogram has been assigned to, if using the Category Database.

Planogram Name: The planogram’s name.

ID Planogram: The planogram unique ID from the RVM Database.

POG ID: The planogram unique ID from the Category Database (if using).

Height: The height of the planogram

Length: The length of the planogram

Depth: The depth of the planogram

Published Date: Date on which the planogram was published to the store.

Live Date: Date on which the planogram goes live in store.

Expiry Date: Date on which the planogram ceases to be live in store.

Status: The planogram status if using the Category Database. For instance: released, archived, work-in-progress.

Planogram Type: Whether the planogram is a layout or store specific planogram (as defined in Space Planning).

Implementation Status: The current status of the planogram in-store. For instance, the planogram is competed in store vs. not completed in store.

Implementation Status Date: The date the implementation status was last updated.

Implementation Status Note: The note that was added to the planogram when its implementation status was last updated.

Store Number: The number of the store the viewed planogram is in.

Store Name: The name of the store the viewed planogram is in.

List Icon : To allow users quick access to the planogram product list.

POG Icon : To allow users quick access to the planogram interactive image.

Generate PDF Icon : To allow users to print a pdf of the planogram using a template defined in RVM.

Download Icon : To allow users of the app to download planograms to view offline.

Update Status Icon : To allow users to update the planogram implementation status.

Attributes Icon : To allow users to assign or view attributes for the planogram (dependent on their Attributes permissions)

Raise Query Icon : To allows users to raise a query against the planogram.

Planogram Store Attributes Icon : To allow users to assign or view attributes for the store/planogram relationship (dependent on their Attributes permissions)

Icon Notification : To allow users to see a notification on a planogram and mark it as read

 

To select a column for display in the planogram grid, tick the appropriate box in the Visible Browser or Visible Mobile column, depending on which device type the column should be visible for.

To change the order in which the columns are displayed in the planogram grid, click on the number in the Order column and drag and drop the fields to the desired position.

To include the field in the search filter in the planogram grid, tick the appropriate box in the Filter column.

It is also possible to specify a Display Name for the column (the default name being that specified in the Column column), define the order in which sorting is applied to the columns and specify the number of decimal places any numeric fields should display.

Finally, to make the field available for use in the PDF export templates, tick the appropriate box in the PDF column.

If fields from tables in the Category Database have been selected for inclusion, these will also show in the list. See the section Database Mapping in this guide for further details on how to map extra fields.
