To set permissions for each feature in Retail Viewer M, click on the feature name to display the different options. Note the features shown here will be dependent on the features included in your Retail Viewer M licence.

Tick the appropriate box to set which permission the profile has for that feature.
The options are as follows:
Administration
Disabled – does not have administration permissions and cannot access Settings
Standard – can create and manage user profiles and users. No access to system level settings
Super – can create and manage organisations, user profiles and users. Has access to system level settings. Note only the Administrator / Super Administrator profile which comes with the original installation of Retail Viewer M has the option of Super available.
Viewer – can manage user profile settings for modules for which they have Administrator permissions
Attributes
Assigner – can assign and view attributes
Disabled – has no access to attributes
Manager – has access to the Attributes Manager for defining attributes. Can assign and view attributes
Viewer – can view attributes which have been assigned
Automations
Administrator – has access to create and manage automations (must also have Viewer permissions to the Administration feature)
Disabled – does not have access to create and manage automations
Dashboard
Disabled – does not have access to the Dashboard module
Manager – has access to Dashboard Settings for defining dashboards. Can assign dashboards to user profiles. Can view the dashboard within the main application
User – has access to view the dashboard within the main application. No access to Dashboard settings
In Store Tracker
Disabled – does not have access to the In Store Tracker module
Super – has access to the In Store Tracker settings and all aspects of the In Store Tracker module in the main application
Task Assignee – can be assigned planograms for implementation in store. No access to In Store Tracker settings
Task Assigner – can assign planograms to task assignees for implementation in store. No access to In Store Tracker settings
Layouts
Administrator – has access to manage user profile level settings for Layouts (must also have Viewer permissions to the Administration feature). Has access to all elements of the Layouts module within the main application
Editor – has access to all elements of the Layouts module within the main application. No access to Layout settings
Disabled – does not have access to the Layouts module
Sales Designer – can view layouts in a read only mode and has access to the Annotations tab and Entity Analysis. Can create system level colour profiles in Entity Analysis. Can import data into Entity Analysis. No access to Layout settings
Sales Viewer – can view layouts in a read only mode and has access to the Annotations tab and Entity Analysis. No access to Layout settings
Super – has access to all Layout settings and all elements of the Layouts module in the main application
Viewer – can view layouts in a read only mode and has access to the Annotations tab. No access to Layout settings
Messaging
Disabled – does not have access to Query Tracker
Manager – can view and manage all queries for all stores they are assigned to and send queries
User – can view queries sent to them and send queries
Planogram Audit
Audit Assessor – can only view completed audits. No access to Audits settings
Audit Creator – can create new audits; cannot view checked out, in progress or completed audits. No access to Audits settings
Auditor – can only view new, checked out or in progress audits. No access to Audits settings
Disabled – does not have access to the Audits module. No access to Audits settings
Manager – has access to all elements of the Audits module within the main application. No access to Audits settings
Super – has access to all Audits settings and all elements of the Audits module within the main application
Planograms
Administrator – has access to manage user profile level settings for Planograms, system level settings for Planogram PDF Exports and Colour Profiles and all elements of the Planograms module within the main application (must also have Viewer permissions to the Administration feature)
Disabled – does not have access to the Planograms module
Manager – has access to system level settings for Planogram PDF Exports and Colour Profiles and all elements of the Planograms module within the main application (must also have Viewer permissions to the Administration feature)
Read Only User – is not able to edit the implementation status. No access to Planograms settings
Super – has access to all Planograms settings and all elements of the Planograms module within the main application
User – has access to all features of the Planograms module within the main application. No access to Planograms settings
Reporting
Creator – can view reports and create reports for themselves. No access to Reporting settings
Disabled – does not have access to the Reporting module
Manager – can view reports and create reports for all users. No access to Reporting settings
Super – has access to all Reporting settings and all elements of the Reporting module within the main application
User – can view reports. No access to Reporting settings
Shelf Profiles
Assigner – can assign and view shelf profiles
Disabled – has no access to shelf profiles
Manager – can create shelf profiles
Viewer – can view shelf profiles which have been assigned
Stores
Administrator – has access to manage user profile level settings for Stores (must also have Viewer permissions to the Administration feature)
User – can view the store list in the main application. No access to Stores settings
